About Alexis Wilson
October 8, 2001 – July 27, 2021
Alexis Wilson was the youngest girl in our tribe—a vibrant, beautiful spirit who carried sunshine in her smile and fire in her soul. Born on October 8, 2001, she was the daughter, sister, and friend whose presence made every moment brighter.
She was laughter echoing through our home, fierce loyalty wrapped in gentle hugs, and love that radiated from her very being. Her parents, big brother, and sisters adored her, doting on her as their precious baby girl. To us, Alexis was not just family—she was our confidant, our joy, the light we wanted to protect from every harm in the world.
Dad called her Lexipooh, she loved it. Mom called her babygirl, she loved that too.
Alexis had a style all her own. She was forever “shopping” in our closets, stealing our clothes, wearing oversized shirts and hoodies, and cutting them up to make new outfits nobody else could dream up. She loved mix-matched socks and loud colors, hair bobbles, bandanas, and headbands piled high. She refused to fade into the background. She wanted the world to see her exactly as she was—bold, creative, and completely herself.
